Dr. Luo , helped me in one visit what other medical professionals could not do in many sessions. I have been to Orthopedist, Chiropractors, physical therapist, pain management specialist, I have a cervical thoracic scapular dysfunction that has kept me away from physical activity for over a year. I was getting migraine like headaches that would last for days. After one visit, I started to improve and have commenced doing low level activities that before i could not tolerate. I am going again.
