Dr. You is a no nonsense doctor and I have been his patient going on four years. I have nothing but good things to say about him vs the whiners here. He can only do so much to advise a person, and you have to be proactive yourself with your own healthcare as well. He is thorough and keeps excellent records of all my issues and meds. He treats me for Type 2. I had an issue last year where I didn't have any supplemental insurance in place and I was unable to pay full cost for my office visit. He kindly waived the charge prox 170 bucks to help me during the time and understood my situation. I appreciated that very much and regardless, he gave me samples that tied me over till I got my coverage reinstated. That was really kind of him and showed me that he cares about his patients. He has since adjusted my meds accordingly and I am winning the Type 2 battle. My med adjustments or refills are done the same day and his Staff is understanding if you have to reschedule an appointment.
