Dr. Zhao always made me feel very much at ease even through a very awkward procedure, He was informative and articulate with relaying his treatment plan of action and implementation. He also displayed genuine care and concern and made sure I was comfortable during my procedures that lasted a number of times over a period of a few weeks. I also appreciated the fact that he always made sure I had my favorite music on during the procedure. He was confident that my tumor had been eradicated, and I trust his word to be true! A positive experience even though it was awkward.
