As a former physician, I understand the task of being the physician in an emergency room. Dr. Yang saw me within minutes of arriving at the ER, and they were quite busy. He listened to my complaints with care, examined me, and came up with a treatment plan quickly. The medication was administered, and he had me on my way. His bedside manner was very professional and showed his eagerness to help. With physicians like this at Sentara, the hospital seems to be going in a great direction.
