Extremely Competent and Compassionate. I came to Dr. Chen on an emergency basis as I was losing my eye sight. Dr. Chen thoroughly explained what might be going on in a way that I could understand. She left plenty of time for questions. She does not mince words but tells you what you NEED to know to make competent health care decisions. She saved my eyesight!
