I have dealt with Dr. Poncin on multiple occasions for both of my children. He is a consummate professional, with a heightened sensitivity to the feelings of others. When he says "How can I help?" he actually means it.. This, his emotional maturity, flexibility, soothing demeanor, and refined social graces make him extremely easy to work with. He is saved from perfection by an endearing forgetfulness with names. He remembers everything else.
