I had him remove my tooth in preparation for an implant and then waited 3 months - as required- to insert the post. He just performed the implant. Both procedures required twilight anesthesia. Both procedures were completely Painless! No pain reliever even needed later. Highly recommend Dr Yildirim and a friend of mine has had 4! implants done by him and has the same reaction regarding him and his staff as I do.
