Dr. Galili has the best bedside manners of any Doctor I have seen (and I have plenty of specialists I deal with). I know specializing in hematology it requires compassion and he definitely has it. He truly seems to care, explains everything clearly in terms an average person will understand and even what seems like a small thing, but he walks you out after your appointment rather than most cases where the Doctor will just tell you the exit is down the hall and to the left.
