Dr. Shekhtman, was very thorough explaining my options for treatments after a nasty fall that injured my lower back and my hand. I ended up with surgery in my hand and lots of physical therapy in my back which save me from another surgical procedure. I highly recommend her for her expertise and kindness as a person.
