I saw Dr. Shields in the emergency room due to suffering from the ilks from a tick bite. I was completely pleased and in hindsight would not want any other doctor to have been there for my emergency. I ended up making a full recovery and mostly thanks to Dr. Shields ability to think outside the box and providing me with the care that my emergency demanded.
