Dr. Katsuura and his staff made what was a difficult and scary thing into something manageable and less scary. From beginning to end he and his staff walked us through everything from doing all our stuff for surgery, helping us get it scheduled and then the actual procedure. The hospital was great and overall it was a great experience. We cannot thank him and his staff enough for their treatment of us, so kind and caring.
