Professional while making me feel at ease. Listened well and explained well to this 'older' woman. Did tests and resolved concerns I had. From making my appointment, to only a few minutes wait in the office, if that, with a nice staff, and in to see a pleasant and most competent physician, she is great in my book and I'll keep her as my doctor and recommend her highly to others.
