Dr. Ans is very professional and easy to talk to. The comments about her phone office staff being rude are unfounded. As a nurse I treat all my patients exactly the same way, and I know that some people think they are entitled to special treatment and that their feet should be kissed. Sorry but stop being princesses and realize you are a patient in a busy doctors office. If you are pleasant towards the staff they will be pleasant back. This office is great.
