For patients, a doctor that moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones (Confucius). Dr. Noel's patience and determination towards empowering patients “step by step” in small “loads” are comparable to none other. Despite my complex medical situation, Dr. Noel embarked on a proactive approach to try a different gyn option while minimizing my pain resulting from my underlining conditions. Despite her very busy day, she took the 'time' to be as gentle as possible and made sure I was finished in 'time' for my religious observance. I am SO grateful for the opportunity to have met such an outstanding and skilled provider like Dr. Noel.
