On my initial visit with Dr. Folzenlogen he was careful to listen to me and seek clarity in a caring and professional manner. I had been suffering with Trigeminal Neuralgia which as being addressed with seizure drugs that I did not like. After cooperatively discussing the surgical alternative, I was impressed with his open and frank communication. Although he stated that the surgery looked to be a good long-term solution, he didn't pressure me in any way to have the surgery but presented me with the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. He also stated that if I wanted to seek a second opinion, he would not take offense. There was no need to do this- I was convinced he was the right choice. On 12/12/2022 I had the surgery and I was well supported afterwards by Dr Folzenlogen and his team (Ana and Tedra). Without reservation, I can heartedly recommend Dr. Folzenlogen and his professional and caring team.
