I was greeted at reception in a friendly and professional manner.Dr. Giesen took the time to thoroughly provide the necessary information about the diagnosis, as well as the procedures leading up to the surgery. His manner was friendly and professional, and he made this first, somewhat overwhelming appointment much more comfortable. Dr. Giesen answered my question, and provided me with information printouts to review at home.
