Professionalism, knowledge, competence. As an 80-year-old who has had a number of Cardiologist, Dr. El Khoury is by far the best. Thirty years ago I would have been hesitant to select a doctor who was educated overseas, however I have learned over the years that those from foreign medial schools are some of the best doctors in the medical profession.
