Her description should come with a disclaimer “I will be blunt”. She is one of the most action oriented therapists I came across, but a word of caution, she does have a strong personality and she is pushy. She will fix you up and make you do better, even if you can’t and if it’s unreasonable. I typically leave our sessions feeling overwhelmed, deflated, uncomfortable, humbled, but accomplished and productive. She is proud and cares about you. Including patching up every single aspect of your life. Therefore, she is also like a life coach
