Dr. DeBellis and I have been working together now for a couple of months. He has really helped me express myself, learn about myself and develop skills to handle my eating disorder. Fear and trust are some of my biggest issues and, with his guidance, I have made progress already! We also have worked on skills such as the use of mindfulness, staying in the present moment, EMDR, and how to challenge my thinking using cognitive behavioral skills. He is a great listener, and very professional.
