I saw Eleni for three years, and she is without a doubt the best therapist I’ve ever been to. I’m not the type of person that always feels like he needs therapy, but I have been to a number of therapists over the years, on and off. If I had to pick one to go back to, it would definitely be Eleni. She is patient, kind, understanding, and extremely professional, and at the same time practical and personable. She helped me identify my trauma, unpack it, face it, and ultimately overcome it, all while walking me through things as an equal. She taught me very simple real-life techniques for managing stress and trauma that have made an enormous difference in my ability to organize my life and move forward in it. She is highly trained in a wide range of mental health specialties, and, perhaps more importantly, she’s a very good listener, and a person who dedicates herself fully to her clients. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her. I cannot recommend Eleni enough. Go see her!
