Working with Dr. Mayer led qualitatively to significant improvements in my interpersonal relationships, both at home and at work. Where before there was a lot of anxiety about my thoughts and behaviors, there is now understanding and cognition. I honestly can't imagine having gone through recent events in my life without his sessions. Have been a weekly patient for a few years and will continue to do so. Always flexible with appointments and reasonable rates, given the efficacy.
