I was skeptical. I had been wearing Starkey hearing aids for a decade and was about to throw away the promotional mailing I received from Hear USA, but since the nearest office for the company was across the street from my office, I figured, what the heck. The audiologist, Elika Cokely, was able to quickly fit me with Siemens hearing aids that blew away my old ones, and was, subsequently, incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions and putting me at ease. Highly recommend her to all
