With great skill, patience, dedication, and insight, Elisabeth utilized EMDR techniques during each of our sessions, helping me to remember and reprocess several difficult childhood experiences that had shaped the way I saw myself and the world around me. Thanks to Elisabeth, I am now able to live my life without the self-doubt, fear, and judgement that used to underlie everything I attempted to do.
