Compassionate, patient, reflective and helpful therapist. Immense wisdom and insight. Helps patients feel grounded, heard and supported but also able to hold a mirror and offer advice. Very effective and engaging sessions. I also appreciated her knowledge of current research, specific therapies and mind-body connection. Felt like I could get well-rounded advice. Highly recommend. Wish I was still in the area to continue working with her.
