Elizabeth is competent, thoughtful, understanding, compassionate and deliberate. Throughout my time working with her, I made significant progress dealing and coping with personal traumas and stressors as well as improving my anxiety. Her guidance over the period we worked together enabled me to develop skills to address future challenges independently and confidently. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to learn and make changes to sustainably improve their mental health.
