Went to Ms. Hazard a while back for evaluation of ADHD. She administered the test. What I really liked about her is that she didn't rush through things, she explained everything thoroughly using terminology I could understand, and she took time to answer my many questions. She is on time for appts, very considerate and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend her.
