Elizabeth was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. The hearing test was thorough and insightful, complemented by clear explanations and helpful diagrams that made understanding how we hear a breeze. Learning about when and why hearing aids might be necessary was truly enlightening. Even though I didn't need hearing aids at this time, I plan to return for regular check-ups. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!
