I am 30something and been in therapy since I was like 10. Elizabeth is my favorite therapist and I have been able to feel safe with her to open up more than I ever have before. She is very insightful. She doesn’t tell you what you’re feeling, she helps you come to your own conclusion. Very easy to talk to.
