I first went to Liz while pregnant and experiencing swollen legs. By the time our first session was done, all my swelling was gone. When I threw out my neck a couple months ago, I went to Liz again. By the time I left her office, I had regained a majority of my range of motion and my pain had subsided dramatically. She takes whole wellness into account and doesn't just fix problems. I would recommend her to anyone looking to try an alternative approach to wellness.
