Dr. Lobaugh is a lovely doctor who is patient and thorough. I never felt hurried when meeting her, or that she rushed through to get to the next patient, unlike other doctors. She is knowledgeable, and has even come in on her day off to handle emergencies. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
