I cannot recommend Liz highly enough for anyone seeking a therapist for their teenager. From the moment we first met her, it was clear that she has a genuine passion for helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately puts my child at ease, creating a safe space for open communication. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches that resonated well with my child. She strikes an excellent balance between maintaining patient confidentiality and keeping us parents appropriately informed and involved. Since starting therapy with Liz, we've seen significant improvements in our child's self-esteem, communication skills, and ability to cope with stress.
