Nothing short of AMAZING! Literally, I would not have made it through this crazy hooplah of medical conditions if it wasn't for Dr. Liz. She truly cares about her patients well being, mental health, and education. I am so blessed to have met her. Not only does she educate you but she has multiple techniques (cracks, soft, massaging, or just stretching) to use for your body when getting out that pesky knot in your L4, L6 lumbar and neck area. Oh not to mention the multiple lower back techniques
