I was not able to see Ms Perwin, because of the need I felt to start asap, and her short wait list-- but, she followed up with me three weeks after my initial inquiry. She basically checked in to see if I was "OK" and to find out if I was established with a provider. It is a marker of a dedicated professional who does follow up, cares about people that may not be on her caseload, but still finds time to check in. For this seeming small, but significant (to me) act, I hold her in high esteem. As a former practice manager in a medical clinic-- as well as a provider-- going that extra mile to check in on a potential client-- is an amazing act. It does not happen often. To me and my 35 years of experience, this is an indicator of a high quality professional Thank you, Ms. Perwin. I see your dedication to your profession and I have profound respect for you.
