Dr Polinsky is a very kind and warm therapist. I’ve worked with a lot of mental health professionals in my life, and she has been one of my favorites. She is very patient and thorough, and has a really good way of explaining things clearly for everyone to understand. She makes sure everyone feels heard and understood. She is exceptionally empathetic and clever. I really value the time I’ve spent with her and the work my spouse and I have done with her. I would absolutely recommend her to people in the future.
