I have a history of back spasms, and I finally decided after another episode to get checked out thoroughly and see what else could be done to prevent them from recurring. I was referred to Beth by a friend, and I was very impressed with her knowledge base and thoroughness. I anticipated a fairly short appointment, so I was shocked at how much time Beth spent with me (over an hour). She was able to diagnose some imbalances and movement dysfunctions surprisingly quickly, and she explained her findings in a way that was neither confusing nor condescending. I was pleased that she performed several types of soft tissue work and manipulation for some immediate relief, and she even wrote up a summary of her findings with recommendations for exercises that would, over time, help to correct the issues she found. Based on this experience, I would recommend Beth to any of my friends and family. She's rather direct, but very knowledgeable and invested in understanding the problem at hand.
