Dr Serra is a very caring, kind and understanding individual. She took the time to listen to my concerns. I was really depressed about my situation, and I had a bad experience with treatment, before coming to this facility. Dr Serra and wonderful staff help me gain some of confidence and self worth back. I am really grateful to have met her. I have head, neck, back and shoulder injuries and I am on the right track to my recovery! Thank you so much Dr Serra and all the amazing ladies at the 2460 Mission facility in San Francisco!
