Juniper PT - Liz is knowledgeable and comprehensive when sorting through someone's history, physical symptoms, and problems. She addresses the issues and uses a very "hand on" approach. Dry needling trigger points was a new experience for me and my knot has disappeared for now! She has recommends follow-up with exercises to continue at home. Liz is a great practitioner and Manitowoc is lucky to have her. I think at a minimum we all deserve her expert opinion for a year body “tune-up”.
