I have been seeing Ellen DeWeerdt for psychotherapy sessions for a number of years for anxiety, chronic depression & panic attacks. I could not be more content with my choice of therapists. Ellen is compassionate, empathetic & truly listens to you. She gives you knowledgeable feedback & encouragement without judgement. She has been with me through many ups & downs & a lot of personal losses. I feel like she has often helped me hold on, when medications don't work for me. I HIGHLY recommend her.
