Ellen takes the time to understand your background and provides a safe and comfortable space for talking about deep issues. I’ve been seeing Ellen for over 5 years and she has been able to help me on the most pivotal parts of my life. My life could’ve been in an entire different place now if it wasn’t for her. After I moved, I went to see another therapist and went immediately back to Ellen to continue with her therapy. I never have felt so comfortable to talk to someone about deep and personal things like I have with her. She is knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and puts me as her client on the best path forward. Not only does she help me focus on the big issues, but she always makes sure I am always taking time to care of myself. I appreciate her continue to keep me accountable and find new ways to find joy in life. I never thought therapy would be right for me, but don’t see my life without it. Ellen is incredible and has helped me heal in so many aspects in my life!
