Ellen provided helpful advice and suggestions on methods to improve my happiness with dating, work, family, self esteem and more. Several months after I began seeing her I felt so much happier and more confident. Then I ended up in the role as a caregiver during the illness and subsequent death of a loved one. I was so thankful to have already developed a relationship with someone as caring and supportive as Ellen. Having her as a sounding board made a huge difference and helped me move on.
