I was in desperate need to be treated by someone who practiced cognitive behavioral therapy for my depression. Medication alone was not doing it for me and my psychiatrist recommended that I see someone who does this form of treatment. Unfortunately, many therapists I saw said they practiced this but I wasn't getting better. I am so glad that I didn't give up because I learned the skills to help me cope with my symptoms from Dr. Busch. I am so thankful. She is an excellent therapist.
