I have been under Elyse’s care for over a year. Deciding to come to therapy was a difficult decision, and now I find myself looking forward to our weekly sessions. Elyse is down to earth. She is a compassionate, professional therapist who makes you feel comfortable and supported in a warm, non-judgmental environment. She listens when you just need to talk and gives very helpful suggestions when she feels it is needed. Her style is straightforward and empathetic. What impresses me most is that she always makes time for you when you need her. Elyse is helping me through anxiety by teaching me coping and mindfulness skills. She is truly a dedicated therapist who is committed to helping you lead a healthy, satisfying lifestyle. Highly recommended therapist.
