Emily's support has been life changing for me. I came in struggling with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, as well as many upsetting triggers that made life difficult. Within a little over a year, these triggers have mostly been alleviated and my quality of life greatly improved. Emily's gentle guidance and warmth made the experience of working through traumatic memories so much easier. I always left feeling lighter than I did entering the room. If you are considering her as a therapist, I say go for it 100%.
