I saw Emily via virtual express care this week. I had been suffering with a nasty sinus infection and it was late Saturday when I finally jumped into the virtual waiting room. I was signed up to see a different practitioner but the practitioner kicked me out and sent a message via MyChart that I need to see an in person Dr leaving me with no help for the weekend. Since it was my only option I jumped in line again and got Emily this time. For the last few decades I get multiple sinus infections a year, and I’ve seen specialists…no one’s been very helpful. Emily immediately saw the problem, suggested the appropriate treatment (rather than just throwing unnecessary antibiotics at me) AND suggested a medicated nose spray that no one else has ever mentioned to me, it helped IMMEDIATELY. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for Emily.
