De. Espejo really helped me during a trying transition from military to civilian life. I was in a bad place in my life and had tried a few different post deployment mental health professionals non of which helped me address my problems. I can honestly say Dr. Espejos methods where based off of my unique problem set and not a one soze fits all approach.
