I started going to Dr Sprayberry in October of 2015 to try and find a solution to my headaches that doesnt involve medication. I started going 3 times a week and slowly started reducing my visits because my spine and body got adjusted in the way that it should be. Now, September 2016, I go every two weeks just for maintenance and so that my body and spine dont go back to the way it used to be. A year later I have 90% less headaches, and it is only getting better.
