Approximately 18 months ago, my life was in shambles. Guilt from a string of infidelities, severe depression, years of substance abuse, and a litany of other poor choices came to a head. I was falling apart, and knew that I needed to change radically and honestly. With Eri's help, I began to take responsibility for my actions and- probably for the first time- my life as a whole.Though the next 18 months did not result in a fairy-tale ending, my wife and I have been able to navigate a collaborative divorce in a way that has minimized the toll on our two small children and established healthier boundaries between us.Eri will confront you, she will be matter-of-fact, but she will not move you along faster than you can handle it. I would not suggest choosing Eri as your therapist if you are looking to skip happily out of each session. But if you want to really change, to act and feel and think in a way different than you are now, and that you can sustain... contact her.
