I was seen to the ER for an infection that's been raging for three weeks. I was continually having troubling symptoms and severe pain. Dr. Neadel saw me, and though an infection was apparent, he explained that this infection should be controlled by the antibiotics I've been prescribed in the past 3 weeks, so some of my symptoms suggest another, hidden infection. Dr. Neadel was very thorough, performing the necessary tests to ensure that whatever (and wherever) this secondary infection is, he could get me treated and stable until I can see my primary care physician. In my opinion, he was patient, answering all of my questions to the best of his ability, compassionate, treating my pain and dehydration while searching for answers, and thorough, doing his best to provide me with answers and relief. If needed (hopefully we're done with emergencies), I wouldn't hesitate to place my children or any other family members in his care in the future. He was amazing!
