I was a patient of Erica’s for many years. I still have not gotten any of my records released after repeated requests from new Dr, which is proving to be costly at this juncture. Intouch is still listed as open but phone number is disabled. As a patient I feel as if I've been left high and dry. I established a relationship with her office with the intentions of having all records available and in one space when needed. . After multiple searches on google, I think ive found her new location. I just left a message at her new office at fast pace in iuka. Maybe they can somehow get my records. Outside of this. Erica is a wonderful person and a fantastic Dr.
