My sessions with Erika were so helpful! I went to her pre- and post partum and thanks to her I had a successful delivery, am totally pain free, have returned to regular exercise, and no longer have issues with my bladder. She is a great listener, compassionate, funny, and makes you feel super comfortable throughout the whole process start to finish. I can't recommend her enough!
